– there is nothing shameful about being hungry (even when your mind tells you you “shouldn’t” be)
– there is nothing shameful about listening to your body (even if it feels like you are doing something wrong)
– do not compare what your body needs to what other people are eating, they are not you
– you always have permission to eat more
