I want to agree, but since when has JJ ever had a female character when he could have had a male one, and the whole theme of star wars is fathers and sons, would they really go with a daughter? Please please please pretty please, i want them to, but even if they do it might be a smaller part instead of a main role. Gah i want it so bad though.
Well I mean, they could do twins. Like in the EU. And it’s not as though any if the others was particularly viable as a candidate, aside from the bro in the x-wing – but then, Daisy looks SO MUCH like Natalie/those Jaina illustrations that it wouldn’t make sense for her NOT to be.
Like come on guys, this cast has a lot of women in it, relatively. Give him the benefit of the doubt, okay?
