Yeah, but they can easily be inspired by ex-canon EU. It’s probably impossible not to be. The rumor mill has been calling Daisy Ridley Jaina Solo ever since she was announced, and then an image of the cast having a script read-through was released. Daisy was placed between Carrie and Harrison. Perhaps her name won’t be Jaina, but between her script read-through placement and her resemblance to Leia and Padme it’s highly likely she is their daughter.
